Delivery Information

Delivery is currently free for most small items in the UK. Bulky items will be a flat rate of £5 for delivery in the UK (not Northern Ireland) and £15 to Northern Ireland.

Charges may apply for larger items shipped to the Highlands & Islands.

Please note we cannot currently ship to any non-UK addresses. Exceptions will be made for items shipped to the Republic of Ireland (please call for more information).

All packages are appropriately sized and your items are well-protected.
Ordinarily, orders are shipped within 2 working days of receipt of order, but please allow up to 5 working days for your product(s) to arrive.

Withdrawal
You may withdraw from this contract at any time before the goods are dispatched. In order to do so please contact us, preferably at info@babystyle.co.uk and a refund will be processed for you. Once an item has been dispatched the following cancellation procedure will apply.

Cancellation/ Non-faulty returns
You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. Please notify us of your wish to cancel, preferably by contacting us at info@babystyle.co.uk.

You must then send the goods back to us with original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product.

Goods must be sent back to us no later than 14 days after the day you notify us of cancellation. If you do not send the goods by this date then you will lose your right to cancel.

All other returns must be within 30 days from date of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We suggest requesting proof of posting from the company you choose to return the goods via. We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us. Any claim for such items should be made through the company used to return the items.

To ensure we can process your cancellation efficiently, please include your order number and the reason for the return on the back of your delivery note or on another piece of paper, (if you no longer have your delivery note).

Once we have received the goods we will issue a refund no later than 14 days after receiving them. In all cases refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking, e.g. if you order the products via PayPal then the relevant amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.

The refund will not include postage charges any premium delivery options chosen by you, including courier, overnight or express element of any delivery or postage charge, including Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please note, we may make a deduction from the refund value if you have failed to take care of, or excessively handled the goods, in a way which has resulted in damage or loss of value of the goods.

Faulty Items
If you believe your product to be defective in any way then please contact us, preferably via info@babystyle.co.uk. Please include the following information in order for us to help you as quickly as possible:

1. Your name and order number.
2. Your e-mail address.
3. The name of the product being returned.
4. Description of the fault.

When returning goods to us please include your order number and the reason for the return on the back of your delivery note or on another piece of paper, (if you no longer have your delivery note). We endeavour to resolve all issues as quickly as possible, however you do have the right to access an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) service if you are not happy with any final response we provide.
